Had an enjoyable stay in town for a quick research trip, would use them next time. The breakfast was delicious and varied with excellent veggie sausages and freshly baked warm rolls, for example, exactly what we required. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the centre of Cambridge, a very nice neighbourhood and the river Cam. Lucky that it was just a short stroll away from The Flying Wok, offering food to go.

Located a short walk from the heart of the city and next to a picturesque river, this beautiful listed building is a gem. the rooms are equipped with all necessary amenities, including tea and coffee making facilities and filtered water. Wake up to the smell of fresh, homemade breakfast and enjoy a great start to your day. Friendly hosts ensure a warm and welcoming stay - as evidenced by the offering of delicious homemade biscuits on arrival.
While the size of some rooms may be quite small for some and lack privacy, the quality of service and overall atmosphere more than make up for it.

Just spent my Christmas in a B&B and it exceeded all my expectations! The room was stylish and cleaned to a high standard. The bathroom was spotless and had a powerful shower. The breakfast was top-notch with plenty of options to choose from, but my favourite was the kedgeree. It was heavenly! , the location was amazing - just a short walk to the city centre and there was plenty of free parking spaces available.
Honestly, there was nothing to complain about during my stay. The only thing I would say is that if you're a light sleeper, bring some earplugs as the sound of other guests walking around and closing doors might disturb you.
